We assembled four different pumpkin cheesecakes, and asked baker Cindy Hawkins of Circle City Sweets to explain to us what's good, and what you should look for.

We took pumpkin cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory and the famous four pound cheesecake from Sam's Club and put them up against Cindy's own creation with a pecan shortbread cookie crust and a keto bourbon pecan pumpkin cheesecake. What's the verdict? It's all over the board!
